How to set up cut-out accounts for gold selling

Looking at selling a quantity of gold on multiple servers that would certainly cause a ban. How do you set up cutout accounts? I understand you use a vanilla account lvl 1 alt, but how do you effect moving the funds to the alt without involving the the farmer account? One thing I thought of was moving the mats via mail to the bankalt account, and letting that account sell them in ah and thus have the gold.

I have read that you can get banned within a couple of hours after a sale; how many realms can you hope to sell sequentially on to the same buyer with the same account before that account is in real danger of being dead?

Do cutout accounts need to be on separate bnet accounts by themselves? this would require also opening new emails for each cutout account, if I understand correctl.

Any advice on doing this would be appreciated.
