Landro Longshot

If your a Bloodsail and still hated with Booty bay but want to talk to Landro Longshot,
you can now since 4.0 cause of flying in Azeroth. Since he is a differnt faction and the jetty gives no LOS to the booty bay bruisers,
you are able to fly under the jetty and not be attacked but can still talk to him.

Very good for twinks who are hated with Booty bay, sit on double-seat and get your items.

As far as I'm aware, Landro has indeed always been part of a different faction - The Black Flame, or at least has been for a long time. Though the OP I don't think was suggesting in any way this is a recent change, just that Azeroth flying can be taken advantage of to talk to him while hated with BB.
