Sold my account to a guy with paypal, guy took back money.

My story is that I sold my account to a guy with paypal and he rescinded the payment and there's no way to prove that I sold a virtual item (asshat). So I took back the account after a lot of calls to Blizzard and e-mail and he's been harassing me ingame. Because he had renamed my toon and changed it's faction I did a faction change and name change but he found me anyway on that different server and I have NO idea how he did (if anyone can tell me how he did so, or possible ways he did, please tell). Blizz gms do scat towards harassment report, they said they did something but the guy's still been harassing me after I made that in-game ticket. At any rate he's threatening to send e-mails to blizz with screenshots of me providing in-game info of my toon to him, thus proving I sold the account. It has all my info, but the thing is it was sent on a different e-mail other than the one that my wow account is registered to. My question is, can he get my account banned for this? Can I claim that he's faking that e-mail (he used a keylogger, that's how he got account info?) since I e-mailed him with an e-mail different from the one I registered the account with? There is no proof otherwise that I sold him the account.

TLR: He's threatening to get my accnt banned for selling it with e-mail screenshots. Can he?

When you call they tell you to make sure your computer is safe and to scan for viruses. Telling them you sold your account WILL get it banned. Just go get an authenticator.

Long as you haven't said anything that would prove you sold your account ingame, I don't see how Blizzard could ban you, since as far as they know if the email isn't attached to your account there's no evidence it's actually from you -He could have just made a second email and faked giving the info.

Bro don't worry about it. Screw him. He scams you and you think he has power? You should turn this around on him. If he sends emails, blizzard will figure out he is buying accounts as well. Just tell him if you actually do send the emails you are screwed as as well. If he decides to start whispering you in game again or anything like that just say you are going to report him for trying to buy accounts from him. If he scammed you and went as far as retrieving the money from paypal this means he runs a buisiness. Hopefully you kept the chat logs to send to paypal. I highly doubt you can get the money back but when you send paypal the chat logs that you probably had with him during the transaction they might consider getting rid of this guy. Also as you send the email with the chat logs and your complaint, tell paypal to check the users transaction history and see if he has been doing it alot. This can raise paypals suspicion of the user and possibly get rid of him.
