Recovering account sold to Chinese Website

Hi.. I am wanting to recover an account sold to a Chinese Website (thsale). I made the mistake of giving them my Driver's License and CD Keys

How can I recover my account?

You aren't getting it back. You sold it, they didn't steal it.

They will do a chargeback on your payment account (assuming its paypal) and recover the account using the ID's you provided. The account will then be locked until you fax or mail in blizzard the required documents. This is based on the fact that they have not yet transfered ur characters or changed names etc. Mabey people like you should stop recalling accounts you sell to these account places and either not sell it in the first place or learn to live with the fact u were greedy and want both.

edit: also the account could be perm banned for trading the account and thsale will probs call you and write to you as they have all your details.

Recalling sold account = scamming/stealing.

If you want your account back you need to talk to THSale and work something out.

Then either they will also try to recall the account or the contact the original owner and ask what happened and then they chargeback the money.

They can also do nasty things considering they got his phone number and ID, but that's up to their imagination.

You could not be more WRONG. The account is BLIZZARDS not his therefor your statement is false. He may get his account back but so will the chinese people, it is after their's since he SOLD it (illegaly might i add).
