Best way to get an account permantly banned

When an account already had a 48 ban on it for speed hacking. What is the best way to get an account permanently banned?

Actually no. We have an extreemly addicted friend. He's pretty much living around it and he's going to get kicked out of college if we dont' do anything. we got his account information. We need a full proof way.

After you do such a thing, he'll just stop talking to you and waste more money and get a new or ebayed account, or even buy one here... so you better talk to him, instead of doing stupid things...

Open a Ticket and just write Stuck in it.
Wait for the GM to contact you (5 minutes), turn on a fast Speedhack.

Optional: Insult him while speedhacking

Open up a ticket to report a player for insults, when the GM responds use racial slurs, also spam general chat with said racial slurs. Perma in no time. Especially on EU servers.

Open a Ticket and just write Stuck in it.
Wait for the GM to contact you (5 minutes), turn on a fast Speedhack.

Trying to get a friend off WoW is hard work and getting his account banned will just make him mad and he will blame you for a LONG time for it, he will not notice that it is for the best - he'll just know that all the days he's put into his account was gone to waste (Withdrawal symtoms inc)
