    Please Help!

    first of all, i'm not sure if this is the right section. if it's not, i apologize.
    so i was levelling up my DK in zul'drak today when i randomly got disconnected above the gundrak area. i logged in and found myself falling through the floor, and got disconnected again. every time i log in now, i am getting an instant disconnect after about 2 seconds of falling. anyone know what i should do?
