Any way to get unbanned?

I just got my main account perma-banned, I was botting using a script for NoAddiction. And I DC'd, tried to log back in, and it said my account was closed. The email said I was banned for "Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy". I didn't sell gold or even post any auctions. This is the first time getting banned for anything on this account. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Check how long your ban is for, if it is a perma-ban then yeah, you have nigh on no chance, whereas if it is a week, wait it out, a month try and dispute it. Also, if you are SURE you werent doing anything, then try and dispute a perma-ban. They may let you off with a month ban.

ALSO: As this is your first ban, you have a high chance of you getting unbanned.

Its only 72 hour bans now, No week or 3 days.

They give you multiple 72 hour bans then they give you a final warning 72 hour ban. Then your account is closed with no hopes of it returning.

There is no 1 Week or 1 Month ban.

They emailed me again earlier, apparently they decided to change the reason to 3rd party software

Do what I did, ring them!
Tell them you have no idea why you were banned, that the news of your ban has got you extremely upset, and if you've been playing for years throw that in too.
If you have an authenticator you can also use the excuse that it was on your iPhone that you "lost" and you think you had your account details on there too.

Basically, ring them up and lie your ass off. But plan what you're going to say, write it down and get your story straight.
From my experience with customer support they'll usually give you the benifit of the doubt, after all Blizzards policies are "ban first ask questions later" and "guilty until proven innocent"

Would it be a bad thing to try the battle.net account recovery? before emailing them, saying i was hacked
