Sell mats while prices are high?

With the release of the expansion came an abundance of new materials to craft with. As of right now, prices are through the roof. Embersilk cloth, on my realm, are going for 100-150g a stack. Bolts are going for 50g EACH.

I was wondering: Do you think the prices will drop eventually? If so, should I sell all of the mats I've been farming while I can make a good profit? I could make a solid 10k by doing this.

OR I could use all of my mats to level my professions and make profit from my CDs and maxed recipes.

Suggestions?

Have made just under 70k gold from selling the new mats as soon as I get them. Definately worth it mate

Currently the prices are already really low compared to what they were within a few days of release. If you haven't already started selling everything you missed out on a large deal of profit.

Imo, keep selling the new stuff you get - cloth, enchanting mats, ore, herbs etc, as soon as you get them. Prices are dropping each and every day. Give it a month or two and the prices would have stabalised.

on my server prices have stabalized, elementium ore has been at 200g for 4 days and every herb is staying at 100g/less a stack

Keep selling, mats have no where to go but down. Once herb prices hit 30g a stack things will be stable.

Yup, just keep selling right now. Price will only go down unless blizzard decides to change anything.
