WoW Gold Transfer through Paypal...avoid recall?

I'm planning on selling using paypal, but I'm wondering the deal with recalls.

Is there anything I can tell the customer to write in the message field or something which wuold make a recall impossible?

I've read that a simple call to paypal would enable a recall.

I may be wrong but if he sends the money as a gift then it can't be recalled.

wrong, can chargeback on his creditcard if it is funds coming from there.
