Which Realm?

As of now, which realm would you say is going the furthest in progression with equally balanced players (1:1) of horde and alliance, I want to join the most populated EU English server I can with lots of pvp and a good battleground, I basically need an all rounder, I am on Defias Brotherhood at the moment after looking at the realm stats of 1:1.1 and 30k+ population but just wondering if it is the best one before I go any further, thanks.

Checked again on the realms status and now Outland has 40k+ I guess the host didn't bother updating in a while -_-
