Taking my account back BUT!

I have a few questions about complications.

First of all, the guy who bought the account from me, can he report me (to the police) for stealing it back? (Incase he finds out its me) He was stupid enough not to use paypal when transferring the money so that's a good thing.

Also the guy has my phonenumber so he'll most likely call me and ask about it, dunno what I'd say. With him having my phone number he'll also easily find out my adress. So basically I need him to not know it was me who took the account so if anyone knows ways around this please help.


Reason I'm taking it back is cause it has stuff I can't get back and it's quite valueble to me.

So in short:

Can he report me to police?
Any way around him knowing its me?
How should I take it back and what should I make sure of?


P.S I do have an authenticator.
