Wanting to get my original account back..

About 5 months ago I sold my account to a gold buying site for 67$ and some change, I'm looking at getting this account back. According to their site it is STILL up for sale. Is there any legal action they can take against me? As they did call me, and probably did record our conversation.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The reason I want/need this account back is that my wife bought me the CE of cata and I'm only wanting to put this on MY account that is in my name.
