Need someone pro at Blizzard Account Recovery

Okay I want to start off by saying I know I'm not worth your time since I don't contribute much, but I am willing to pay.

So recently my account got hacked and the person using it put cata and transferred and leveled up an 85. Now they think it was used in account trading. I've tried everything and now the only way to get it back is to send in a photo I.D. I don't have my name under it so I was wondering if anyone here who is professional at PS is willing to do it. I am willing to put in a donation.

I hope you realise that the costs for this well exceeds the benefits or blizzard and that they are therefore highly highly unlikely to do this.

I also question the arrested part :').
