Repent selling older account... risk of getting the newer account banned?

So this is my situation: I had been playing Wow for a year until having problems in my family. I thought i would never be back, so I sold my account.

After 8 months, I decided to get back to Wow, so I created a new b.net account, on which i've been playing for 2 months. The name, the info and the payment data (the ones I had) are the same.

Suddenly, paranoia got me. I strongly regret selling that account because now i'm too afraid of my newer account being banned.

I have heard nothing from my older account's owner, so I don't know whether it's been banned or not.

So the question is: would Blizzard ban my newer account even if i'm not doing anything wrong on it and it has nothing to do with the older one, apart from the info? I think they wouldn't because the account is fresh and, after all, the accounts sold are so many. Otherwise, once banned for this matter, a person would never be able to get back to Wow in a legit way.

I searched the internet on this matter and opinions vary a lot. However, no evidence of ban by name occuring, apparently.

    And what about your experience?

    Thank you so much.

Well imo there is no way to track this type of thing.
And no idea how many accounts I have had on with same account name and few accounts got banned by LuaNinja banwave which was HUGEEEE and not a single second hand account of mine was effected of it eventhough they have all same info except email address (Aka login name).

Playing a game for the graphics is like watching porn for the storyline.

Ok, thank you very much, i'm less paranoid now. Last question before letting the thread rot: isn't though selling accounts seen as a more serious violation than botting by blizz? I've heard of many botting people receiving only a quick ban.
