    Account Perma Banned...Wrong?

    Ok so months ago I got TEMPORARY suspended because I bought a WoW CD key for WoW gold.I was banned for 72 hours and got a Final Warning.Here's a copy from the e-mail:

    Blizzard Account Administration EU -- Account Suspension and Final Warning

    Greetings,

    We are writing to inform you that, unfortunately, we have had to temporarily suspend your World of Warcraft account and place a final warning on it.

    Account Name: BOIANOTSLATIN
    Type of Violation: Involvement in online trading activities
    Investigation Concluded: 04/02/2010
    Consequences for Account: Account suspended for 72 hours, Password Reset and Final Warning issued.

    It is with regret that we take this type of action, but it is in the best interests of the World of Warcraft community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game. After your suspension has expired, you will be able to access the World of Warcraft servers again.
    So after the 72 hours suspension was over,I tried to enter ingame,however,the ban continued.I checked my e-mail and I found nothing.This continued for few days, and then I sent blizzard an e-mail,and they told me I was perma banned.WTF!I've been trying to get it back for MONTHS!Blizzard just doesn't want to correct their stupid mistake.Any suggestion how can I get it back?

    Well I've tried to call them from my phone,but it always says that this phone number doesn't exist.In addition,I've send a lot of e-mails and they just reply me the same thing that they consider this matter as closed.They know that they're wrong,but why don't they fix it...

    I remember from my last ban that they say the "72 hours" is not their final time and sometimes they will change it to perm ban (if they think what you did is bad)
    or remain it on 72 hours.
    something like that i dont remember so much becasue my last ban was 6+ month ago.
