On some low pop server or some other server you are unhappy with? Help me out and x-fer off!

What i'm expecting
Help leveling 4-5 groups of characters from 1-80 through dungeons
Someone who is online a lot
Someone who potentially has a healing offset for PVP or wants to make some alts for PVE since i'll be doing it on 4-8 toons per week.
Someone who just is passionate and loves the game. Not people who whine about everything or want to use guild chat/whisper as their own personal blog.
Not a complete jackass.

Server information
Server population: 20k+
Server time: Central time
Server real life location: Chicago
Faction balance: at least 2.5 alliance per 1 horde
PVE wise: Top 20 (stats from last patch)
PVP wise: 200+ teams of 2200 players in 3's so about 500-600 players with decent experience (stats from last season)

What you get from me
Reimbursement for x-fer via paypal (if you want to faction change thats on you)
Game time paid for starting 1 month after your x-fer for up to 12 months.
If you are a healer i can carry you to 2200 in 3's or 5's

Both of the above happen after at least some of what i expect to get done is done.
