What are my chances of being banned?

Hello, now this is me probably just worrying over nothing but here's the situation. I used to have three WoW accounts, all in my name different emails but all the other info was the same. One of my family members that i lived with at the time, wanted to try it out, and in the end i ended up giving one of my accounts to her. She changed the email address and the credit card on the account. Where we lived was washington state. When i moved out later on i moved to NY state, the problem is, is that her account is still in my name. So it almost appears as if i sold my other two accounts to someone in NY. But the way i see it is that people DO have the same name, and it wouldnt be seen unless blizzard looked almost a year into the history of the accounts. Am i at a big risk of being banned? its been about 6 months with no problems so far, im just kinda worried thanks.

I'm pretty sure you won't be banned. Just say its your Business Acc if someone asks

They won't ban you for something so stupid. You don't have to worry, the worst thing they will do is lock the account and ask for ID, and if it's your name you can get it back anyways.

This is true, but why don't you both use the same address on both accounts? You don't need to have the address from where you play on....
