"Free" charaktertransfer?

Hey guys,

a few month ago i transfered one of my chars to another realm. due to problems with my bank, blizzard did not receive my money, so they banned that char, till i paid the 20 € with my credit card.

Now i want to transfer alot of epic items on a lvl 10 twink to another realm and still wondering if its possible to transfer the char, send all the items to my main and than get that twink char banned so i dont have to pay the money. Is this possible ? And how can i achieve that, shall i just fill in random numbers in the bank information or what ?
