Raf leveling guide (not boosting)

Hey guys. I currently decided that im going to RaF with myself to get a couple more 60s but im kind of tired of boosting characters through instances (ive done it before and honestly i get burned out on it way to fast) So i was wondering if anyone knew of a questing guide that was designed for people using RaF.

Ive googled and looked around but all i can find is instance boosting guides.

Just follow Zygors or whatever and move when you're too high for that zone.

Like if you are in Durotar to level 12 according to the guide, don't do all the quest but move there once you're level 12.
