Will this drop based on what I am doing?

Ok so everybody knows Baron Rivendare in Stratholme(Baron Rivendare - NPC - World of Warcraft). He has a 1% drop per kill to give his mount (Deathcharger's Reins - Item - World of Warcraft). Usually a baron mount run takes around 5-7minutes, you need to kill the 3minibosses then clear the ziggurats. I did that for like 50 runs and no drop so I decided to pick up XYZ [ http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...-hack-wow.html ] to make it faster. Now I just get past the gates and just go to baron and try my luck and this takes ~2minutes. Well the thing is that I know the droprate is very low but having 170 runs under my belt and still no luck made me wonder - does the mount have a chance to drop only after the 3 ziggurats have been cleared or just doing what I am doing will eventually make it drop? This made me think because I saw alot of grey stuff drop that has like 0.3% chance to drop yet the mount did not. Also I know rng sucks sometimes but just wanna confirm it will eventually drop even if I cheat the encounter :P

By using XYZ? Or normal runs? I saw the web is full with ppl saying keep on doin even if you did 200 because it will eventually drop, I`m just trying to make sure it will drop if I use XYZ to walk past the doors and just kill baron. Thx for reply..

I don't think it would matter. The ziggurats simply open the door but with XYZ you're bypassing that door. Ziggurats wouldn't affect anything other than that door.

This. His drops aren't determined by anything other than: Do you kill him or not.

I've had plenty of reports of people getting the mount using XYZ and using the old crate trick.

Edit: I feel your pain. I've run 200+ times since BC and I've never seen it drop, never seen a warglaive after 50+ runs, never seen Ashes of A'lar after 40+ kills. RNG is truly RNG.

Awsome replies guys! Thank you very much. I know RNG is a pain, but I saw that the web was full with ppl mostly getting it within 70-80tryes at most so I figured that I might be doin smth wrong, but I guess that wasn't the case.
