Forum bumping [Script]?

I understand that Firefox can run scripts for apps on Facebook etc, I was wondering if there was or if someone knows of possible scripts for forum bumping? I've been looking around for something helpful to keep my recruitment thread up on the WoW forums but no dice as of yet. Thanks.
