Account recovering question

Hey,

after some time without World of Warcraft I want to play again. The problem is that i forgot my Bnet Account name (emailadress). The original WoW account name was just some confusing numbers because i created it after creating a Bnet account. The only thing i know is the name of my main character. Iam the original owner of the WoW Account and of the Bnet Account, i have the answer to the PW Question and a copy of my passport. Is there any way that Blizzard will change the Emailadress, so i can recover my Account ?

Yes.

Call them, tell them you dont remember your login details at all. Say your name. They will do a query on your name, then ask you a series of questions such as, what your address is, what is a character on your account. Then they will require you to fax an ID card to them.

i believe if you contact customer support (on the website or by calling them) and by having your password question and main character info, they could probably fix it.

Okay guys thanks so far. The thing is, that iam the original owner of the account and i can prove it by sending a screen of my passport. I just wanted to be sure before i give it a try

As long as your the original account owner everything should be okay (:
