[Cataclysm] New Titles?

I was browsing through some dbc files when I came across these 4 odd new titles.
Recruit of %
Guardian of %
Veteran of %
Exalted of %

There have been rumors going around that players with Original (Vanilla) lower-rank PvP titles will get Recruit. Vice Versa for the other two titles, for their respective ranks.. Perhaps it might just be Recruit and Veteran. The other two titles could be for something else.




Kind of weird.. I'm speculating perhaps a guild-related thing going on?

In the files I have also came across some other interesting titles.

Hero of Orgrimmar
Champion of Orgrimmar (No, these are not the <Name> of Orgrimmar titles introduced in the Argent Tournament)
the Lion Hearted




PS: If these were in the retail patch (3.3.3a) please do not flame. I only have the 3.2.2 client and they're not there for me.
