and told him my brother
and his friends deleted my
"65 warlock"???

Does the GM have proof that I didn't?


Or can I do that and use one of my toon restores
for a free lock?

If your char got accidently deleted i have heard of people which got it back,
IF, someone else had deleted that character. If GM says no, try call Blizz.

You will only be able to get it back as it were, you can't change race, class etc.

Yes, GM's can restore your characters, Yes GM's can see which characters from your account have been deleted, therefore no, you cannot tell them you had a 65 lock deleted and you would not get one. I know this becase some of my money got jacked and I asked them to check my most recent character that was deleted to check there inventory to see how much money he had, incase I had givin that toon the money and deleted him, and the GM said he had 65s on him :P
