[Question] regarding disc priests (pvp)

Do anyone have any guide about disc priests in PvP? I need to know what spec to use, what kind of gear, what gems, what and how I should balance stuff etc. I'm probably focusing most on 2v2 and 3v3, but not only, also Battlegrounds
