Well i'm going to sell a account and i was wondering how it would be possible to make the chance i get scammed down to 0% or really close, where either way i win the dispute if he trys to scam me.

I was thinking of making a money request and in the title and description i was gonna put
"digital delivery of an intangible world of warcraft item - by accepting, buyer waives paypal buyer protection policy"

Would that work?

Nope. It's not a tangible item, not something you can hold in your hands. You are at the mercy of the buyer.

Mail him the game manual and then it would be a tangible item and you wouldn't be at his mercy.

Even manual with tracking and signature will not protect the seller. The buyer only needs to select SNAD in the complaint, mail the manual back with tracking, and Paypal refunds the buyer. Paypal almost always refunded the buyer.
