    1. Run with "wow.exe -console" command
    2. Open console with ~ key
    3. Type reflectionMode 0

    Testing this now. I'll report back.

    Edit: Btw this is also achieveable much more easily by just going to Video Settings > Effects > Liquid Detail and max it out.
