For me, your 2 trackers have the same error message "Tracker sending invalid data: ." and if you add "announce" at the end you get the 404 error in both case. So it's the same.

doesn't matter the tracker the hash is wrong

announce is always there for the tracker. plus magnet links do not need a tracker to be valid, like i said before the hash is either wrong and was probably changed
