Selling my acc to Toonstorm, safe?

hey guys... i was about to sell my acc to Toonstorm, they offerd me 85$, we agreed, we came to the selling steps, suddenly they ask for my ID? Wtf?

are they SAFE?
Why do they need it?
When i asked, they were like,: well, securety thingy and stuff, ya know?

will i get my money once i sold them the acc? :O

I'm no expert on this, but I think they want your ID incase you're scamming them.
Not sure though.

Toonstorm are legit - From my own experiences a while ago.

Your ID is required so that when Toonstorm sell the account on, that person can change the Secret Answer and Question to make the account safer for him/her.

You'll find most sites ask for your ID. For safety, yes, but more importantly to change information on the account. You will be paid, I am sure.

They took all of my account information, copy of my ID, paypal information, then refused to pay me because "technician found evidence of account being previously hacked in your ticket record".

They completely compromised my account security, then refused to pay me.
