powerlevel service or buy an account?

I need a cheap level 80 for farming and I don't have the time to level one on a separate account by hand. So... would it be cheaper to find a power leveling service that can do 1-80 with at least 1 primary profession maxed or or to buy a cheap level 80 account?

I checked player auction site some of the cheaper level 80 that is transferable is about $150, factor in transfer cost of $25 so that's about $175. For some reason level 80 characters are selling for over $400 on my server so it will have to be transfer from cheaper server or power level.

I couldn't find a decent list of reputable power leveling service so I have no idea what it would cost to PL one from start.
