Change last name on my b-net acc (EU)

How can I change my last name on my b.net account, i just got a account from a IRL friend and want to transfer the chars over to my account, is this possible without documents etc?

Don't think you can do that. You might be able to convince blizzard by phone somehow though.

Tried it a million times... Only way to do it is have a LEGAL document showing you where married or you turned 18 and ur dad is transferring the account to you. etc etc
