No, need the same last name, either you can call Blizzard and tell them you got married so the last name need to be changed.

Not as I have heard, how could you verify that really..? It's your private life, I've heard people changing it so I guess it should work.

You can't get the last name changed without a document, period. You need a legit legal document stating that you where married, otherwise it won't work. I know this for a fact as I have talked to blizz multiple times about it.
