Bot for autobuffing? (consumable)

Hello. I've been searching for a bot that I can configure to consume an elixir (press a button?) whenever the buff ends or at set intervals. Are there any working bots which can do this?

A bot or AddOn? I think there are some AddOns that can remind you of applying some buff but dont know any that would automatically consume something.

A bot. The specific purpose for it would be consuming an elixir of camouflage so I can be hidden from hunters and such while fishbotting. It can probably be totally non-wow related too and old, since all it has to do is press a button on the keyboard every hour.

That could probably work or then you can ask someone to create an AutoIt script

With no experience in scripting it's hard to use either of them to make the script myself, I've been trying to google it but with no results. If anyone could make a script that starts and stops from some buttons, and then loops a keystroke every hour, it would be appreciated.
