buying an account plz help

I'm about to buy an account. And, of course I'm dead scared of being scammed. I was reading the "how to buy" at mmobay. "Ask to see the account online before sending payment. This ensures that the account is legit." What am i suppose to do in this step ? ask for login and pass? After the transaction is completed, should I Change the First and Last name as well as the e-mail and password? Changing this info would be almost impossible to the seller to retrieve his account. But, I'm not sure if that would be a red flag for blizzard and I would get banned. The seller has 13 reviews at mmobay and only one is a bad one. I don't wanna buy a new account and trasnfer the char coz the game is too damm expensive. I'm just trying to be safe. Thx for your time.

Impossible.

Get the login/pass before you pay, and when you do get the secret question and answer.. Also try and see if they will provide ID, if they can you know it's legit(unless its a fake but those are pretty few and far between).

Got the account and changed the e-mail for account, the seller doesn't know that email. He didn't provide ID. The account has 3 WoW account merged to it. I asked the seller why is that and He claimed that he merged it and didn't know how to reverse the process. I transfer my Char to a different server and on the transfer history had 18 different char transfers. This morning got an email from blizzard about an item dispute ( I know this shouldn't be a big deal.) and I lost a 245 piece but that's okay. If I get a blizzard autheticator will that help at all? Should I change the char name? If the seller doesn't know the current e-mail how can dispute the account? Also, I'm scared that after 45 days, he'll call blizzard and say something since I can't dispute with paypal. once again thx.

If he calls it back they will just remove it.
