[Mage] Leveling 80-85

Well, I was wondering since Faxmonkeys guides to soloing Heroic Instances, or duoing at least, what the fastest way to level is. I know that rested, you get 30,000 experience for killing a the first mob on normal Nexus (at the late 70s), and everything up to the 3rd boss is easily soloable. Second, they can be killed extremely quickly, and repeatedly.

But what about quests? Will they be giving extreme amounts of experience? Will doing quests go faster then soloing instances? Or running instances with a well geared group (say guildies) 24/7?

there is no cata yet, months away. ill assume 70-75 >.> questing does nice and a once in a while instance group is fine- no need to duo slowly instances for shart xp vs time. dont know about you but it blows.
