Making gold in Karazhan

There's this dk goldseller (I think) in Karazhan 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week and so on. At least everytime I'm online, she's there.

I've asked her whats so special in that place and she answered "here have gold". I'm wondering whats farmable and profitable there? Aoe farm the dancers for loot and netherweave, then soft reset?

She comes out of the place from time to time and makes a buttload of netherweave bandages near the vendor, then lags like hell and goes through the gate (without opening it) and back inside.

One heavy netherweave bandage sells for 30s, could that be it?

Money in kara is abundant. You just need to know where to look.

You don't have to be a rogue or engineering like in the video. Any class that can tank, with some gear can clear all of those. No idea about efficiency.
