Private server question

Hey guys, I thought this would be the best place to ask. Is there any good/populated private servers that are running preBC 1.12 client? I know most of the ones posted on top100 sites are outdated and empty.

1.12 .. I saw it on an obscure voting site. clicked random vote me banners (waiting on a patch to download) and found a 1.12.1 (i remembered b/c the date was 11/12 -> 1.1 / 2.1 get it?) anywho i couldnt A figure out why anyone would want to play JUST vanilla, other than the PVP titles, and having a lvl 1 toon with ench at 325.

so I went searching thru the forum and it seemed lively, new posts in most sub-forums daily. So I went looking for a way to D/L 1.12.1 for Mac and couldn't find anything. I had an old CD that was, 1.6.0 i believe... anywho I gave up.

I'll go thru my 'time machine' and see if I can find it in my browser history, but dont hold you breathe. I don't think my backups go that far
