Changing Last Name

Ok so my friend bought an account a while back and on it it had like a 70+ lock, 70+ pally and an 80 DK. My friend absolutely hates levelling so he hasn't levelled those two 70s. My friend said he'd give me the Paladin which is full t5, hand of a'dal, dual spec, epic flying, etc in exchange for me levelling the lock to 80.

After recently getting banned in the LuaNinja banwave, I already started again, so I was wondering how I could change my last name to match his so he can transfer?

Now I know there are guides on search for this, but these guides seem outdated and I want an updated, 3.2.2 - 3.3 take on this.

Also, if I want to trade accounts and server at the same time is it just $25 or $50?
