Reason to unban

I just got banned and I'm wondering what I could say I my mail to blizzard. I've not had anyone log into my account so I cant blame Chinese hackers.

Ye, GZ is lying. But honestly I have no idea although I've got myself unbanned loads of times for botting :Þ
I tend to use a tactic where I tell them I have been away for 2 weeks and have NOT been playing wow during the time. If you now have reports on my accounts for using third party software it might be any of my family who have somehow logged in to my account and used it, with third party software. Usually works. Atleast for me.

Has this really worked?? i thought Blizzard was strict on there ban policy

It helps if you call them, then lie like hell. E-mail doesn't work so much as calling a customer service rep and speaking English. Especially if you explain that you're young and didn't understand the EULA then ask them every question you could think of.
