I was wondering...

How would I setup a private server (Yeah, I looked in the WoW Emu section, and I found over 9000 guides! But I'm not complaining, I'm just asking to see which is best!...I think). Which repack/core w/e should I use? Where do I start? How old am I? What are decent computer specs. needed to host a WoW server?
