Able to get sold+merged account back?

Sorry if this the millionth question about this, I did search but the situation is a bit complicated. Hoping for some smart people to know more about this.

I sold an old wow account a couple of years ago, just by giving user+pw. (not the cdkey/answer/etc).

A couple of months ago I got that account back by using the webform, saying I got hacked (before battle.net merging exsisted). After that I transfered one character from that account to a new wow account I also had.

I gave back the login info of the old account to the guy I sold it to, out of pity (anonymously).

He merged the account to a Battle.net account sometime after that.

Now I wonder if it's possible for me to have the old account unmerged and returned to me again via the webform again, or if Blizzard will get suspicious. Anyone knows?
