A little unbanning help?

Hey guys, so I left MrFishIt to fish while I went off to work, to unfortunately return home with a Disconnected screen and a login error "This account has been closed and no longer availible for use."

I go check my email and this is in my inbox.

It sounds to me like it is not a perma ban, seeing as how this is my first offense on this account (although another account under the same Bnet name has received a perma ban), but does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should respond? How serious is the offense I received?

Hrm, I haven't used LUANinja in the past 24 hours, but I guess I did get caught in that banwave.

Sorry for my lack of observance before posting this thread, but still any tips would be great.
