Does Blizzard check the email adresses and names of new accounts?


Is there a chance that my new account gets banned again?

Yes, you can't use the same email as your Battle.net account got banned (where you use your email). They won't check it personaly unless you do any offense on the new account.

Only if you break a rule, if not, no.

That it was a hack or something and that I never used powerleveling nor gold buying or selling.

I would also like to know if you sent it from your own computer(your own ip) or did you send it from another ip?
