Transfering Chacters Dif. Account..

My friend gave me his account, I wanted to xfer all the characters to a new account... What is required on the new account so I can xfer the characters to my new account? Just same First and Last Name?

Last name must match, you will need the sending account b-net SQA as well to x-fer successfully.
