Ye well, ran ICC10 with a pug tonight and after Saurfang were killed... I never thought it would take 28 days until we can face new bosses, there's 4 quarters in there btw.

Discussion wise, it makes sense to allow time for blizzard to actually finish the other quarters and polish them, and avoid flooding the game with different sets of iLvl gear too quickly as with ToC

blizzard has said that the 1 month wait for the second quarter is because of the holidays.

They also said after the 1 month, it won't take as long for a new quarter to unlock.

I'm glad they're giving us a month for the holidays. I can keep gearing up each Tuesday without having to worry about progression.

You can only do it once per week anyway. Think of it as practice, i'm sure you can wait 4 raids time.
