My account was temporarly locked last night at 18:00 (GMT), because I've been hacked several times inbetween a short amount of time. Now, I talked to a GM last night about getting my items, gear and such back, but he had to close it blablabla.. Now, I filled this e-mail form on Blizzard's website where I wrote the Classic WoW cd-key and uploaded a picture of my passport. Since my account had not been un-locked today, I called Account and Billing Support to make them look on the case, and the representative I talked with said she had taken the case to the Account Team and talked with GM's about it, to make sure I get my gear back.
Now it's gone 2 hours since I called them, and they have yet not opened my account. I tried calling again, but it seems they are closed for the day. Does anyone know how long it will take to get my account un-locked again or a way for me to boost the case a bit?
