Here are some of the more 'cool bits'

Icecrown Citadel will feature a massive five-player dungeon sprawling across three wings of the citadel's foundation. While the Lich King's attention is focused on the Argent Crusade and the Knights of the Ebon Blade ripping through the front gates, players will be tested as they assist Jaina Proudmoore (Alliance) and Sylvanas Windrunner (Horde) in infiltrating the citadel through an alternate entrance.



Bosses

* Falric and Marwyn: Captains for Arthas Menethil in life, Scourge commanders for the Lich King in death, Falric and Marwyn will be summoned to the Halls of Reflection for one purpose: destroying all intruders.

* The Lich King: Sylvanas, thirsty for vengeance against the corrupted prince who sentenced her to an existence as an undead monstrosity, and Jaina, eager to find a flicker of Arthas's soul locked somewhere within the Lich King, have brought their hand-picked allies to this final confrontation. Arthas's true power may only now be discovered. Is there any hope in this mission, or does only death await?


Normal and Heroic versions of the dungeon will be accessible to players, although each wing will be considered a separate instance; therefore, on Heroic difficulty, each wing will have its own separate lockout timer. All-new rewards -- including item level 219 (normal) and level 232 (Heroic) loot

We all knew that Jaina wants his babies. Even if they are undead.
I wouldn't be surprised if she realizes she can't save him, thus turning into Lich Queen.

Lick Queen might be a bit too much. I just feel like there is going to be a lot of dialog between the two during the fight.

haha i can just picture it.
Jaina: Arthas! (fill in love babble here).
Lich King: Arthas is no more bla bla.
Jaina: That's not true i know you are still in there Arthas.
Lich King throws Jaina knocking her out temporarily.
Fight commences
Durring a phase of the fight Jaina awakens and goes at it with Arthas again.
Also i thought of maybe the dalaran mages figured a way to separate two spirits from each other and Jaina has mastered this spell and uses it on arthas and you end up fighting the lich king's armor that magically floats while arthas is panting on his hands and knees next to jaina or something. It could be played out many ways.
Just what i think will happen ^.^

Final line.

Then she pyroblast nukes him. Game over.

I do really want to see Artha's come back to normal though..

"What.. What have I done?"

In the choked up Hollywood voice. You know it.

Man, I wonder how long it'll take to do this. I just did H CoS earlier. Anything with Arthas in it is cool. (I got the bronze drake too!), yay for me!
