Weird Observation - Carved Ogre Idol

I didn't notice that in 3.2, they changed Carved Ogre Idol from a trinket into a bagslot item. So when I put it in my bags and then clicked on the icon on my iconbar that I used to use to equip it, it DID equip in spite of not being a trinket anymore.

I was thinking it might be possible to corrupt your iconbar to equip things where they don't go. For instance... All helms with meta-sockets equipped. Or all trinkets for weird pwnage.

have you simply tried typeing /equip <item> ? maybe that could work too.

Hmm.. I'll have a play around with this and post back if I have any success.
