Looking for some more tips for selling my account

I'm looking to get rid of my wow account and stop playing the only way I know how... Selling it. If I were to just deactivate I know I would be back in 2 weeks

Anyway, I've been doing a little bit of research over the past few days and came across a site called "warcraftloot.net" anyone have any opinions about this site? They expect to get my information up front and want the email on my account switched to a gmail account which they would get the info for as well. The next step would be them logging on and checking the gear/chars for the gear I described on the site. Sounds iffy to me, but just wanting to see what other people think about it.

I wouldn't sell it to them, never heard of them before, accounts.net is linked with MMOwned, so they are legit, but don't try scamming them .
