Swaping WoW Characters

Was wondering if anyone knew how i could transfer chars between two accounts without having them as same last name.

Or know a way in swapping the last name without documents to prove it?

Two separate accounts, different last names, impossible. Creating a Bnet account with the same last name as the receiving account, then combining the account that is giving the character to the Bnet. Then wait the 30 days for the Bnet to be allowed to transfer characters. Voila, the character is on the preferred account.
